Initial consultation will generally take between 45 minutes to an 1 hour.
Includes full case history discussing current ailments, health goals, past history of illnesses, medications, supplementations etc. Recommendations will then be provided including diet and lifestyle changes as well as some herbal and/or nutritional supplementation, depending on your needs.
You may be asked back to have a test consult. Once again depending on your needs, this may include:
Zinc tally test (to test zinc status), Urinary indicans test –tests for overgrowth of bad bacteria, Blood pressure, ABO blood type test and kinesiology. All of these tests are included in the cost of the consultation and results are also seen within the consult time.
Allergy tests, DNA/Genetic tests. , Blood tests for hormonal imbalances, stool samples. All of these are at an added cost and are sent to different labs to get results.
