Combining the best of eastern bodywork disciplines like Tai Chi & Yoga with the best functional rehabilitation exercises from the west, PowerPosture, is an exciting exercise based program designed to develop and maintain healthy posture.
Designed by Olympic trainer and Chiropractor, Dr Matthew Bateman, this one hour class provides participants with the following benefits:

Why Is Posture Important?
The health benefits of improved posture are indisputable.

How Does Poor Posture Develop?
Poor postures result from a variety of factors. Accidents, sporting injuries, poor ergonomics, sitting at computers or in cars too long, bad sleep habits are just a few of the factors which can lead to poor posture. PowerPostureTM is designed to specifically strengthen the weak muscles and stretch the tight muscles which commonly lead to poor posture.
